For monthly rentals, 50% of the rent (+ 9% tax) is due within 7 days of booking with signed lease agreement. The remaining 50% (+ $600 security deposit + 9% Florida tax) is due at least 60 days prior to the start of the rental. Security deposit is refundable within 15 days after lease ends minus a $125 cleaning fee, pending the final inspection and return of all keys, garage door openers, and gate passes .
