Come stay in our vacation home, the Royal Palms, were you will enjoy a warm and inviting home surrounded by amazing palm trees. The front screened-in porch offers privacy tucked behind the beautiful landscaping. A great place to have your morning coffee, read the paper or just chat.

The welcoming layout offers privacy by splitting the master bedroom from the 2 remaining bedrooms (guest suite with pocket door), with the open spacing of the living, dining, and the kitchen area. Recent update of wood flooring throughout. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, bath with a walk-in shower, TV, computer desk and printer (great if you need to do just a little bit of work from home). The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and shares a guest bathroom (shower/tub) with the 3rd bedroom offering twin beds. Both the bedrooms have a full closet and a TV. Our home offers custom valances, plantation shutters and ceiling fans throughout. Linens, towels, and pool towels, iron and full ironing board provided for your use.

You will find everything you need in the kitchen, lots of counter space with undercounter lighting and a breakfast bar with stools. Coffee pot,single serve Keurig coffee maker,  toaster, blender, wine glasses, etc. Filtered water for refrigerator ice machine and a great extra feature --- a whole house water filter.The view from the living/dining area and the glass enclosed lanai offers open green space, a tropical view in a serene setting. A back patio with a BBQ grill for those delicious steaks and made to order hamburgers and hot dogs!

Of course if eating at home is not your thing, there are many restaurants located throughout the Villages including the restaurants in the 3 Town Squares - Sumter Landing, Brownwood, and Spanish Springs. Don't forget music entertainment every night from 5pm - 9pm. (Happy Hour 365 days a year at the Town Squares) There are also excellent restaurants at 12 different Country Clubs.

Speaking of country clubs, there are 40 different executive golf courses and 12 championship golf courses. 

Not a golfer? The very nearby Allamanda Village Rec Center offers billiard tables, meeting rooms, and kitchen facilities for friends and neighbor gatherings inside. A family pool, boccie, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tennis and pickleball courts outside. Did you know pickleball is the most popular sport in the Villages? There are hundreds of other activities as well, check the recreation schedule that is published each week.

Rental rates quoted are for 2 people. 2  Additional  weekly or monthly guests are welcomed with permission from the owner for a $50 fee for each person per week.

$1000 Security deposit due within 7 days of booking.  Balance of monies due 60 days before rental starts Deposit will be refunded with 21 days after rental as long as there is no damage. $175 Cleaning fee, optional $50 fee to apply for your Temporary Resident ID's. Guest passes up to 6 are free of charge.
