Rental Policies and Payments.:

Rental Policy:

  • Check-in (first day of month) 4:00 pm - Check-out (last Day of month) 10:00 am.
  • Rental rates are based on double occupancy (4 adults) only. Additional fee of 10% of the total rent for up to 2 additional people.
  • Prior approval is needed for guest stays. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
  • Maximum of 6 people allowed.
  • A Reservation Deposit of $750 is due within 7 days of booking.
    Reservation deposits are not refundable.
  • The remaining rental amount owed is due within 60 days of booking.
  • A Security Deposit of $500.00 is due within 7 days of occupancy.
  • The Security Deposit will be returned within 20 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear & tear.
  • A cleaning fee of $200 will be deducted from the Security Deposit if the home is not left in clean and rent ready condition upon vacating.
  • Additional fees will apply if the following items are not returned upon departure; house keys, garage door remote controls, security gate cards & mailbox key (if furnished).
