This property is a no pet & no tobacco (smoking or e-cig) property. Security/Damage Deposit of $1000.00 + 50% rental due within 7 days of verbal booking or email confirmation.  If booking is > 6 months from first day of rental, deposit amount is negotiable.

Security/Damage; this deposit will be returned within 15 days of the completion of the end-of-lease inspection confirming property is in the same condition as when it was rented (no evidence of damage or needed repairs).

Rental pricing is for two adults (no rental sharing).

Full rental payment due 45 days prior to check-in date.

Cancellations must be made within 45 days of check-in date for full refund; security deposit forfeited after this time period.

Additional visitors are allowed for up to 7 days per month (monthly rental only). Visitors staying longer periods or shared rental will incur a $25.00 per person/per day charge. Extended period visitors must be approved in advance, in writing by the homeowner.

Cleaning Fee $150.00

Check-in time - 2:00 PM on first day of stay.

Check-out time - 11:00 PM on end of rental day.

Temporary Resident I.D.'s passes are available for $50.

Pickup at Rohan Recreational Center after 10 AM on 1st day of the month. If the holiday falls on the 1st, pick up on 2nd day of month. Rohan Recreational will host an informal Welcome/Information orientation. They will have information on how to make a Tee time, provide a coupon book, information about the Villages, restaurants, how your Resident I.D. passes work and more. If you do not make it on the 1st of the month, you can pick your cards up at Lake Sumter Sales Office, located across the street from Town Square. Additional unlimited guest passes can be ordered on line by going to The Villages web site, or going in person to selected Recreation Centers. 

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+, but visitors are allowed for limited time periods (see contract for limits) and family activities are available in the community.
