Rental Down Payment Within seven (7) days of signing of the rental agreement Agreement, the sum of five hundred dollars ($500) as a reservation/damage/cleaning deposit. If the deposit is not received within seven days, the Landlord reserves the right to cancel the Agreement and rent the unit to another Tenant. The deposit is not applied to rent. It is used as a security deposit and for the cleaning service(s). The deposit, minus a house cleaning fee of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) will be returned to the Tenant fourteen (30) days after conclusion of the rental period provided the following provisions are met:
a) No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b) No appliances and household goods are missing.
c) All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in proper bags on the corner of the lawn.
d) All keys are left on the kitchen counter/bar area and the unit is locked.
e) All charges accrued during your stay are paid prior to your departure.
f) No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during your stay.
The remaining balance of the rent is due 60 days prior to occupancy (Lease Start Date).
Rents are non-refundable unless other renters are contracted for the same rental period.
