HOME HIGHLIGHTS:
** Kitchen: All the expected appliances, dish ware, cookware, glassware, flatware, and a coffee maker.** Florida Room: Large enclosed A/C bonus room with 46" HDTV, computer desk, recliner, recliner sofa.
** Master Bedroom: King bed and En-Suite bathroom.
** Guest Bedroom: Twin Beds, and guest bath nearby.
** Wifi throughout the home.
** Garage: Room for car and golf cart (1.5).

** Starting supply of household consumables is provided (dishwasher detergent, clothes washer detergent, liquid hand soap, coffee filters, paper towels, bath soap, and plastic garbage/recycle bags).
** All rooms are tiled except bedrooms which have new carpet (December 2020).
** Ceiling fan in every room.
** Taxes, Utilities, TV service, WiFi, house phone, trash p/u, pest control, and lawn service are included in the rent.
** This is a full-time vacation home (no owner's personal property in-home).
** Owners are Village residents November-May for direct easy communication. Problems are quickly resolved when not in residency.
* $650 Booking Deposit is due within 7 days of booking reservation. One-half rent due upon signing contract and balance due 45 days before occupancy. Booking Deposit then held as a Security Deposit after Rent Payments are made. ($450 Security Deposit for weekly rentals)..
* Security Deposit returned less a $150 cleaning fee within 7 days via USPS.
* Rate is for 2 adults. Overnight guests require the owner's approval. Additional fee may apply.
* Check-in after 3 pm on the first day. Check-out by 10 am on the last day.
* $50 Optional Temporary Resident ID Fee not included. The 30 day Guest Passes are free but have some amenity restrictions. 7% sales tax will be charged.
Cancelation Policy: Once paid all fees are non-refundable. Strongly urge you to get vacation insurance.
