Upon entering the foyer, you'll appreciate the spectacular living room as your eyes are drawn to the cathedral ceiling accented with wood beams, the rich hardwood flooring, and a stone fireplace with a bright copper mantel. The Florida room is equipped with a flat screen HD T.V. and Blueray DVD.

The large kitchen is open and conveniently located off of the living area, with ceramic tile flooring, stainless appliances, gas stove, maple cabinets, natural-light Velux tubular skylight, island and a comfortable dining area.

If you love to entertain, you will really appreciate the huge 968-square-foot Florida room with 5 sliding glass doors across the back of the house for a great view of the lake and wildlife. The room has diagonal ceramic tile flooring and a full summer kitchen with Viking grill, refrigerator, oven, sink, wine cooler and dishwasher. It is furnished for conversation, dining, games or just relaxing.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, access to the Florida room through French doors, tray ceiling and a large walk-in closet. The master bath has a garden tub, tiled walk-in shower and double sink vanity.

Two guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home for privacy; one features a queen bed and the other twin beds and a desk. The full guest bath has a tub with shower.

The dining room opens off the foyer and kitchen. A 1/2 bath and coat closet are nearby.

The whisper-silent solar roof fans keep fresh air circulating and help the AC.

Two bicycles are available at no charge.

The Village of Harmeswood is located just north of the Savannah Center and Glenview Country Club. Walk to Savannah Center with its large sport pool and recreational facilities, as well as a full schedule of theatrical and musical performances. The cart path, just steps from our house, gives convenient access to the recreational trails along Buena Vista or El Camino Avenues. A short cart drive takes you to Spanish Springs town center, shopping and restaurants along 466 or at Mulberry Grove shopping plaza.

Cart Paths in the area of this home have been generously WIDENED and were paved within the last year.

Harmeswood is unique among the Villages neighborhoods, with exceptionally large lots, mature landscaping, huge trees, custom Premier homes, privacy and beautiful lake views.

What is near?:
Very close to the Savannah Recreation Center with its large sports pool. Closest town centers are Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. Other nearby restaurants include Bondfish Grill, Olive Garden, Golden Corral, Giovanni's, Red Lobster and more.
Rental Policies and Payments.:

Rental rates are for one couple. For additional renters, add $500 per month per couple. Maximum of 6 people.
10% discount for 6 month rental. 2-car + golf cart garage is attached to house. Rental does not include use of detached garage.

Basic cable TV and wireless internet, trash, water and lawn service are included. Electric bill allowance up to $100.00, gas utility up to $75.00 per month. Sales tax additional.

A well-behaved pet is permitted with pet deposit and cleaning fee.
Absolutely NO smoking.

Rental Policy:
$1000 Security Deposit and 1/2 of total rent in check or money order due within 7 days of booking.
$500 additional security deposit for a pet.
$245 cleaning fee, $295 if pet is present.
Balance of total rent, sales tax and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Security deposit will refunded within 15 days after you vacate the premises without damage or missing items.
Check in time is 3PM on the first day of the lease. Check out time is 10AM on the last day of the lease.

$50 (optional) temporary resident card for amenity privileges. Allows use of pools, recreation areas and golf on all Executive Courses for free and access to Championship courses for a fee.
