NOTE: Guests must pay $50 to The Villages for the use of 2 resident passes which give access to rec centers, pools and free golf. Also allows you to obtain a guest pass for visitors.
Cleaning fee is $100 for monthly rental or $250 for 3 month rental.

- Spanish Springs Town Square is less than 5 minutes away. Lake Sumter Landing Town Square is less than 10 minutes away. Tierra Del Sol Country Club, Chula Vista Country Club are a few minutes ride also. There is a family pool, Rio Grande close by. Tierra Del Sol has an adult pool and tennis courts. Chula Vista has an adult pool (open for night swims) . Pickleball, golf, bocce, beach volley ball are also at Chula Vista C.C. Near by you will find Publix & Winn Dixie Supermarkets as well as Walmart & Aldis in Summerfield. Target, Beall's Outlet, TJ Maxx, Michael's and a multitude of restaurants are close by. The two town squares also have many restaurants, boutiques, movie theaters and nightly live entertainment. The Villages Regional Medical Center and many physicians are less than 1 mile away.
- Rental Policies and Payments.:
Absolutely no smoking or vaping in our home or in the screen room.
Any guest staying for longer than 4 days requires additional fees for utilities.
RATES:
Seasonal - JANUARY - FEBRUARY - MARCH $3700 per month.......FULL SEASON PREFERRED
April - $2600
May - $1800
June, July, August - $1650 each month
September - $1700
October - $1750
November - $1800
December - $2600
50% Non-refundable reservation deposit due upon booking for 30 days or longer.
Balance due 60 (sixty) days prior to occupancy.
Refundable security deposit of $1500 due at occupancy. Any fees not paid will be deducted from the security deposit which will be returned 30 days after vacancy.
