GOLF CART
Upon arrival our manager Pamela will greet you and have you fill out Liability Release forms for the use of the golf cart and bicycles. This is for insurance coverage.GOLFERS:
It you plan on playing golf you will need a Residence Guest ID which is $50 dollars and paid to The Villages when you arrive. Please make us aware of this soon after booking our home so we can get the process started for you. Once we receive your required information and submit the request to The Villages, it will be 48 hours to obtain the Guest ID. They are closed on weekends.POOL PASS:
A Basic Pass to use the pools and recreation centers is complementary. We will need detailed information about every person in your party prior to your arrival.DOG FRIENDLY:
Your dog will love this place! The large front yard and tile throughout the house. We provide dog bowls, dog blanket, and poo pickup bags. The house can accommodate 2 small dogs up to 30 lbs each.
