$165 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from the Security deposit upon checkout. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days of check-out after a satisfactory inspection.

For tenants/guests staying over 30 days, a temporary resident ID is needed. The cost is $50 and to be paid when you personally pick up your cards. The Resident IDs allow for the enjoyment of any of the amenities at the Villages, including FREE access to Executive golf courses (reduced fees to championship courses), swimming, recreation centers, discounted movie tickets, and more.  

 $2,250  a month from Nov 1,2022-Dec 31, 2023  (12 mo lease preferred)  does not include electric, gas internet/cable. Tenants will need to set up their own accounts with utility companies for long-term rental. 
 

Rental Policy:
The rates quoted are for 1 or 2 person occupancy.

Reservation Deposit:
The $2250 Reservation/Security Deposit is due upon signing of the lease agreement along with the first and last month's rent of $2,250.00 based on a miminum 12 month rental . Cleaning fee of $165 will be deducted from security deposit.  This offers a reasonable price for great opportunity to research the area BEFORE you buy or just enjoy all that the Villages has to offer.
