While staying in The Villages, you are required to have a Villages ID card in order to access amenities. There are two types of ID cards, the guest ID card which is free and the optional $50 temporary resident ID card. The guest ID card allows access to all neighborhood & family pools, recreational center activities and much more. The temporary resident ID card allows priority access to all of the above plus free golf at all executive golf courses and reduced rates at 13 championship golf courses and access to sport pools, lap/exercise pools. This card is a must for all serious golfers.
Cindy's Place does supply the Tenant with a golf cart. There is free and live nightly entertainment at all three Village Squares (Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood.)

The Security Deposit Fee of $750.00 or Credit Card on File is required to be paid on or before the time this Agreement is signed and returned, without interest, to the Owner. Security deposit will be returned within 14 days of the end of this lease.
If for any reason, Registered Guest(s) cancels this Agreement more than sixty (60) days from the Arrival Date, the Rental Deposit will be refunded only if Owner is able to re-rent the Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement for the full Term originally reserved.
Within sixty (60) days from the Arrival Date. There are no cancellations permitted within 60 days of Registered Guest(s) Arrival Date. All amounts paid, to include Security Deposit, Cleaning Fee, ID Cards, Final Payment, etc., will be forfeited.
The $150 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Check in time is after 4pm, check out time is 10am the day of your departure.
Term Rental Deposit (50%) Balance of Term Rental (50%) due 60 days prior to rental date.
State and Local Taxes @ 6%

Entry Code & garage door opener will be available upon arrival and must be returned before leaving on your last day. Guest passes are free or optional $50 Temporary Resident ID card will be available for pick up upon your arrival.
