A 2-minute walk or cart ride brings you to either an adult pool and/or a family pool as well as the neighborhood Cane Garden Country Club where you can enjoy delicious food and beverages. Six Championship golf courses.are located within a 10-minute cart ride. Our home does include the use of a four-seater golf cart and a set of golf clubs for your use. 
COMPLIMENTARY & INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL: The home has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, 
granite counter tops, a large, granite center island and hard surface floors. King size bed in master, Queen size beds in both guest rooms, all having ceiling fans. Flat-screen Smart TV in family room and all bedrooms. Two desks are located in the queen size bedrooms. WIFI, BBQ grill with utensils, fully equipped kitchen with coffee pot, toaster, blender, and assorted pots and pans. Vacuum, iron and ironing board are included. Laundry area includes a starter pack of soap/dryer sheets. All linens and towels, including pool towels are provided. The front porch is equipped with comfortable seating for two complete with footrests and occasional tables. The back, screened-in lanai is outfitted with an outdoor love seat, table and two additional comfortable chairs; a ceiling fan is included. This porch is a lovely area to relax, read, enjoy morning coffee and an evening beverage. Our home is equipped with smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector.
The home is professionally cleaned, sanitized and maintained.

MONTHLY RENTAL POLICY: No smoking and no pets. No exception. The rates are for TWO adults. There
is an additional charge of $50 per person per week per guest. Anyone staying in our home must be
disclosed on the rental agreement. Guests are FREE with multi month rentals. (2 or more months). This
is an active Senior Community for residents 55+. Younger visitors are allowed for limited periods.
A $1000 security deposit is due within 7 days of booking. This guarantees your reservation and locks in
your rental contract period. 50% of balance is due at booking and balance to be paid 90 days prior to
arrival. If lease is for a period that is less than 90 days out, total amount of rental is due with signed
contract. If rental is cancelled less than 90 days before arrival, deposit is non-refundable unless owner is
able to rent the unit at the same or greater rate.
All taxes, utilities, WIFI internet, trash, pest control, and lawn services are included.
TEMPORARY RESIDENT LIFESTYLE ID CARDS (available) Fee $50 TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL by Tenant
directly to The Villages at Lake Sumter Landing Sales office. Guest ID is Free and is available if you have
guests visiting.
