The Villa has 3 bedrooms (1 king,2 queen)/2 bath and a 1 1/2 car garage ideal for a car and your rental golf-cart. Vaulted ceilings throughout, this home is completely furnished with new furniture, new granite countertops in kitchen with waterfall edge. Bright white cabinetry.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including a countertop bar peninsula with 4 stools, stainless steel appliances, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, blender, toaster and coffee pot. The adjacent dining table seats six.
The master bedroom has its own walkout to the outside screened Lanai and is equipped with a king-size memory foam mattress. There is a television in the bedroom as well. Attached master bathroom includes sink vanity, walk-in shower, private commode, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and TV with easy access to its own separate bathroom across the hallway complete with tub/shower. The third bedroom has a queen-sized sofa bed.- What is near?:
- The Village of Pennecamp is centrally located between all town squares, close to Cane Garden Country Club, executive and championship golf courses, recreation centers and pool. Just minutes from Highway 466A between Colony and Pinellas Shopping Centers. The restaurants include, Bonefish, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Chophouse, Red Sauce, Cody's Original Roadhouse, Lighthouse Seafood, and Giovanni's just to name a few. The stores include Belk's, Beall's, Publix, Fresh Market, Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, plus many other stores and boutiques are at the squares and shopping centers. There is entertainment at all three town squares in Spanish Springs, Sumter Landing and Brownwood nightly from 5 to 9 PM. There is never a shortage of things to do!!

This is a pet-friendly home for one well-behaved, housebroken (<30lbs) pet. An additional fee of $200 nonrefundable pet fee applies. Please contact us to discuss.
Payment Options: Check, Money Order, Venmo, PayPal or Wire transfer. If mailing a check, please provide tracking for your protection.
Cancellation: If greater than 90 days from rental start date and the home can be re-rented for same rental period without a loss, Security Deposit will be refunded less $200 processing fee.
All taxes (including 7% Florida short-term rental tax), utilities, cable TV (basic Service), internet, trash, and landscaping services are included.
A resident ID is available for additional transfer fee of $50, which gives free access to the executive golf courses and more!! Renter will pay $50 fee directly to The Villages when you pick up your Resident ID card from them.
Rental Policy: A $1500.00 security deposit/reservation ($200 non refundable pet deposit). Deposit should accompany signed rental agreement and is due within 7 days upon receipt of lease, along with 1/2 of the total rent as a rental reservation deposit. Total rent is due 45 days in advance of arrival.
Security deposit is refundable, less a $200 cleaning fee, and will be returned within 14 days of departure after an inspection of the premises if there is no damage or loss to the property. The rental reservation deposit and any other prepaid installments are not refundable due to cancellation for any reason, unless the unit can be re-rented.
Check-in time 4:00 PM check-out time 10:00AM. Keys and gate passes available upon arrival and must be returned on the last day.
The agreement is for 2-4 occupants.
This is a nonsmoking residence.
