This newly renovated cottage home features two king beds and one queen bed. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. Dining room table is 72" long and seats 6. Televisions with cable provided in living room and master bedroom, both are smart TV's so you can easily log in to your streaming apps. A ROKU TV is provided in the second king room.
The master bedroom is spacious and has a large walk in closed with shelves for storage. The master bath was updated in Aug 2022 with new flooring, showerhead and shower door. Also includes vanity with stool for getting ready in the morning.
A pocket door between the living room and guest rooms can quickly provide a second king suite when guests are visiting. The guest bathroom also has new flooring and a new showerhead.
Each bathroom includes its own linen closet. Six sets of towels are included in each bathroom. Extra bed linens are in each of the bedroom closets.
The lanai is enclosed with screens and removable acrylic panes and includes seating for 5. A storage cabinet and small refrigerator are included in the lanai. The storage cabinet has 4 beach towels, inflatable pool rafts and pool weights for you to enjoy. The refrigerator on the lanai is convenient for keeping cold beverages close to the pool. Two outdoor chairs and a table are provided on the pool deck.
The kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig, regular coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, hand mixer, baking sheets, pizza pan, mixing bowls, salad bowl, baking dishes, pots and pans, knife block, and cooking utensils.

- The Savannah Recreation Center is just a few minutes away. The center has a sports pool, outdoor recreation areas, pickleball courts, indoor activities and much more. We are also near Mulberry Grove, First Responders, Saddlebrook, Laurel Manor, and many more recreation areas. The Savannah Center is also home to one of The Villages best performing arts centers. The Sharon Performing Arts Center offers even more! The Villages Polo Fields are 5 minutes away and home to our local Polo games and special outdoor events like outdoor concert series and the balloon festival. This home is convenient to 4 of The Villages most competitive golf courses: Glenview, Palmer, Nancy Lopez, Tierra Del Sol. Also close to several executive golf courses: Amberwood, Walnut Grove, El Diablo, Hawkes Bay, Saddlebrook, De La Vista Executive Golf Courses are all within a 20-minute golf car drive. We are a short drive to all of the shopping areas. Spanish Springs Town Square is just 10 minutes away and Lake Sumter Landing Market Square is just 14 minutes away.
