What is near?:
Tierra del Sol Country Club is an easy stroll (475') down our quiet street (complete with pool, tennis courts and restaurant). Both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter town squares are under 3 miles (and a very short golf cart ride) away.
Rental Policies and Payments.:

All rentals will be charged a $175.00 cleaning fee. Refundable security deposit $1000.00. Villages IDs are available for $50.00. Priority country club access to courses and pools are available for an additional fee.
