WELCOME to our very Comfortable SOUTHERN COMFORT 3/2 Plantation Home.  
    My guess is that you are looking for a place to call home while away from your home. One that makes you feel right at home, comfortable, with all the nice amenities of a luxurious Resort may offer.
    Well you have come to the right place.   You will notice right away upon entry a wide open floor plan,  a light and airy feeling will welcome you as you stroll into our Living/Dining area which opens to a covered and screened Lanai Patio.  Large pocketed Glass doors slide effortlessly into the wall to bring the outdoors in.  The Patio features a Sofa, Dining table and Prep area with sink.  A large Smart TV has been ordered but not yet installed.  A perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, drinks, wine and appetizers or a complete Meal. 
    Check out our Enormous 70 INCH 4K Samsung Smart TV in our Living room area.  If you are a Sports fan or Movie buff, you will enjoy the Xfinity cable experience.  Just press the microphone button on the tv remote
and ask for Netflix, YouTube, or other favorite app you might wish to view. Watch local and cable channels by either pressing guide button on the remote or speak the channel number or name of network channel you wish to see.
    Moving into the Dining area you have a large farmstyle table that seats 6 very comfortably.  The bar height countertop in the open kitchen will seat an additional 4 persons. Great for conversing with you while you prepare your exquisite meal in the Chef's kitchen.  All Pots, Pans, Utensils and appliances you would ever need are stocked in this large Kitchen with Breakfast nook.  All dishes and some spices, condiments along with a small amount of coffee are supplied. If you check, there might be a couple of bottles of wine there too.   To the right of Master En-suite entry you will find our laundry room with brand new GE HE Washer & Dryer.
  As you enter the Master En-Suite you will notice the plush King-size Bed .  This bedroom also features a 40"  Smart LED HD TV.  We have an Amazon Fire Stick installed which makes your viewing more pleasurable and easier to use.  Just press the microphone button at top to talk to Alexa and ask for "Netflix, Amazon Prime, Tubi, Pandora, YouTube or other app to view. 
    Moving in towards the Master Bath you will notice a large walk in closet with shelving for all your hanging clothes.
    Finally you come to our master bathroom which features a Roman walk in tiled shower.  Large enough for 2, with a seat.  There are two vanities, his and hers so there is no conflict when you need to get ready to go out. We also boast a whole house water filter and softener making those showers feel silky and tasty water from the refrigerator.
   Going back out towards the living room and hall, you come to the Guest Suite.  This offers a Pocketed door
which can be closed off for your invited guests.  This Guest Bedroom offers a Large King size bed very comfortable with a memory foam to sleep soundly on. Light and colorful.  The dark furnishings contrast with the light walls and carpeting.  The second Guest Bedroom we call our "Key Wester", reminds you of another place reminiscent of our Southernmost city in America.  Colorful paintings reflect a bygone day of lazy afternoons and warm sunshine.
Golf cart rental available.  
Utilities, cable TV, WIFI, trash, and lawn service are included.

Rental Policy:
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED 
RESERVATIONS:  We are accepting reservations for short term rentals of 7 to 90 days.  Longer times available.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:  A security deposit of 1,000.00, is required. 

CANCELLATIONS:  Reservations cancelled more than 45 days in advance will be fully refunded.  44 to 30 days, 50% Refund.  Less than 30 days, NO REFUND. (We will attempt to re-book your time slot, if successful,
you will receive a refund based on the new rental amount.  If the same amount as your rental, a full refund less processing charge.  If less than your rental amount you will be refunded the difference) 
EXTRA PERSONS OVER 4 COST: $25 Per Person, per day.  SALES TAX of 7% added.
CLEANING FEE:  For 7 to 14 day rentals there will be a 150.00 cleaning fee.  For 14 to 31 days the cleaning fee will be $200.00. 2 months cleaning fee is 250.00. 3 month's cleaning is 300.,  4 month's cleaning is 400.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. 
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. 
Family activities are provided.
