Arguably the best location in The Villages. Our home sits on a cul de sac with no front neighbors. The back of the home sits on a conservancy with no back neighbors! The lot is built on an incline providing a commanding view of the wildlife. Relax in the fully windowed (and screened) sunroom, grab the binoculars, and find the many birds that also call our property "home." Enjoy your morning coffee, have dinner, or cozy up to the fireplace during those "cold" evenings.
Our home boasts a master bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third room has a set of double glass french doors that is outfitted to use as a den, an office, or a third bedroom.
All three rooms are complete with big screen TV's, internet, and are fully Roku integrated. Input your passwords so you can enjoy logging into Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc...just like you can at your primary home!
Both bedrooms have high end (Macy's) linens, synthetic down blankets encased with plush zipper duvet's for easy cleaning.
The glass french doors separating the third bedroom/den from the living area can be opened up to allow for an extended common living space if desired. There is a beautiful wooden desk that fits a laptop and a printer.
Two additional Italian made cots are also available for use in a pinch. They are neatly stored at the house, and have complete sets of linens and blankets.
The Living room boasts a huge wall mounted, fully adjustable 4K TV, and a ridiculously comfy matching couch and loveseat. We dare you to watch TV without falling asleep in minutes!
The Dining area boasts coordinating wicker furniture, plus a slightly larger "than normal" table so you can enjoy your meals in comfort.
The kitchen is fully stocked with the requisite supplies that you should expect. Multiple sets of dishes, glass/plastic ware, silverware, pots, pans, baking supplies and the like are neatly tucked away for your enjoyment.
The kitchen bar is the perfect place to enjoy a quick meal. If needed, additional barstools are stored in the garage.
An indoor laundry room boasts a full sized, high end washing machine and dryer, a deep freezer, and additional cabinets.
The location of our lot is quite unique. No other property that we know of has a wooded front view, and a neighbor free back view. But the proximity of the property to two of the three downtown landings is truly what sets this home apart. You are literally an 5 minute golf cart ride to Spanish Springs and a 9 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter. Nightly live music, dozens of restaurants, movie theaters, bowling alleys, a comedy club, retail shopping, and beautiful scenic views are right around the corner. Tierra Del Sol, which boasts amazing live theater, one of the 100+ pools, and a newly refurbished restaurant is just 5 minutes via golf cart. Oh...and the best happy hour (house made sangria's!) Many of the other Villages pools, rec centers, and golf courses are just minutes away. Yet, you are in your own oasis when your day (eventually) concludes.
Please note, you do not need a Villages ID to stay at the property. However, in order to enjoy any of the amenities in The Villages, you will need a Villages ID card. The fee for ID cards is $50 (this fee includes two cards.) Our local management company will gather the necessary information, in order to have your ID cards ready for you upon your arrival. Local management will also walk you through the home, and provide a point of contact during your stay.
