Payments: A non-refundable first and last months' rent is due with booking reservation. 90 days prior to occupancy; a $500 damage, $200 pet (if applicable), and $200 for cleaning deposit is due.  If not paid 90 days prior to beginning of lease term, the deposit is forfeited, and reservation cancelled.

The Villages is an active senior community for residents 55yrs+.  At least one occupant is to be at least 55 years old.  Younger guests are permitted for a limited time.
