Come join us for Spring and Summer! Great times to visit The Villages! Our Villa is perfectly located in not only The Villages, but also among many of Florida's most popular venues. Disney/EPCOT, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Legoland are in Orlando only an hour South. The Kennedy Space Center and Museum at Cape Canaveral is just over an hour East. The Atlantic and Gulf beaches, such as Daytona, Cocoa, Flagler, and New Smyrna are 1 hour or so East and Clearwater, Longboat/Siesta Keys and Sanibel Island an hour or so West. Days filled with beaches, theme parks and many other attractions are enhanced in the Spring and Summer by the reduced price of our rental and the attraction of less expensive dining, free music venues every night, and reduced golf fees fight here in the neighborhood.
Our Villa is a fully furnished and equipped home that has been consistently well maintained. Water purification unit provides excellent water and ends the need to tote bottles. Cart available at no cost. Each bedroom furnished with bed, side tables, lamps and dressers. All linens in excellent shape. Living spaces equipped and maintained for comfort and ease of living. Two desks plus covered patio space to work/play digitally or the old fashioned way. Table space for games, puzzles, etc. Lounge chairs and cooler provided so that you can comfortably and easily explore and enjoy nightly entertainment at the Squares. Our rental policy is seasonally based and priced according to market conditions. Long-term rentals are preferred, but 2-week rentals are possible during the lower demand seasons. Daily rentals are not welcomed, but variations to the rental periods are possible, if approved by the Property Manager. Cancellations are unfortunate, but rarely necessary. All funds will be returned if notice is provided to the Property Manager 90 days prior to the expected occupancy. Shorter notice will be considered by the Property manager and pro-rated, if possible. A security deposit of $1000 is required and Pet Fee and extra pet cleaning fee may be required. Payments will be established in coordination with the Property Manager at time of application approval.
