Water purification unit provides excellent water and ends the need to tote bottles. Each bedroom furnished with bed, side tables, lamps and dressers. All linens in excellent shape. Living spaces equipped for comfort and ease of living. Two desks plus a covered patio space for work/play digitally or the old-fashioned way. Table space for games, puzzles, etc. Lounge chairs and cooler provided so that you can comfortably and easily explore and enjoy nightly entertainment at the Squares. Our rental policy is seasonally based and priced according to market conditions. Long-term rentals are preferred, but 2-week rentals are possible during the lower demand seasons. Daily rentals are not welcomed, but variations to the rental periods are possible, if approved by the Property Manager. Cancellations are unfortunate, but rarely necessary. All funds will be returned if notice is provided to the Property Manager 90 days prior to the expected occupancy. Shorter notice will be considered by the Property Manager and pro-rated, if possible. A security deposit of $1000 is required and Pet Fee and extra pet cleaning fee may be required. Payments will be established in coordination with the Property Manager at time of application approval.
