$1,000.00 Damage/Security Deposit is due at time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.  Security Deposit will be returned upon completion of rental period, less $200 Cleaning Fee, less any damages to the property within 2 weeks. 

Half (1/2) of total rent is due within thirty (30) days after booking. Balance is due sixty (60) days prior to check-in.  If check-in date is less than 60 days of booking, 100% of rent is due 30 days prior to check-in. If cancelation is necessary within 60 days of occupancy, any monies deposited will be returned only if we are able to re-rent at the same rate and same rental period. 

Payments accepted by Venmo, Paypal, check from local bank, or cash.
Monthly Rates run the first to the last day of the month. Check in is at 4:00 pm. Check out is at 11:00 am.
