No pets. No smoking or vaping on premises. Monthly rentals only.
Please place all used towels and linens on the floor in laundry room before departing. One time $175 cleaning fee is added to each booking. Deposit- 25% of rental is due ten days after signed contract. The rental balance plus a $750 security deposit is due one month before arrival date or date of inquiry if less than 30 days away.
Rental agreement will be emailed upon decision to execute.
Golf car regulations are as follows and will need to be signed: 2 persons per bench (4 total seats), must be 18 years or older to operate.
