A security deposit of $1000 is required but will be returned expeditiously after successful departure inspection. Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved by the Propety Manager and with a Pet Fee. Smoking is not allowed. Our prices are seasonally based according to market conditions. Daily rentals are not welcome. Monthly and annual rentals are our focus, but weekly rentals are welcome when available.
Cancellation are unfortunate, but occassionally necessary. All funds will be returned if notice is provided to the Property Manager 90 days prior to expected occupancy. Short notice refunds will be considered by the Property Manager.
