No smoking or vaping on premises.
First and last months rent due at lease signing. Rental agreement will be emailed upon decision to execute.
Security deposit $750 is due one month before move in. The security deposit will be refunded (minus needed repairs and cleaning fee) within 15 days of move out. Cleaning fee $175 applied to each booking.
Golf car regulations and waiver are as follows and will need to be signed: 2 persons per bench (4 total seats), must be 18 years or older to operate.
