- **Extra Guests:** \$25 per person/day beyond 4 guests (maximum 6 guests).                                                         2 Temporary Resident ID cards pick up at the Landings of Lake Sumter Office ($50. fee to be paid by you)

60+ days:/ Full refund,  30-59 days: 50% refund,   Less than 30 days: No refund (we will attempt to rebook, and refunds will be issued based on the rebooked rate).
