Rental Policy:

All payments must be in US funds.

Security Deposit: $750 due within 7 days of booking.

Cleaning Fee: $150 for single month rented & $175 for multiple months Fee will be subtracted from Deposit/Security

Deposit: 50% of full rental is due 45 days after booking

The balance of full rental: is due 60 days before arrival.

In the event of cancellation, the security deposit will not be refunded.

Only If owner can re-rent the unit for months cancelled will monthly fees be returned

Check in is 3pm on the first day of the rental and check out is at 10 a.m. on the last day of rental.

No smoking and no pets allowed.

Price quote is for two (2) occupants - Second couple additional $500 per month, shorter stays less than a 8 days, no charge.

Only fully licensed drivers may operate the golf cart, if rented

Any type of damage that occurred to the owner’s golf cart during rental period must be paid for by renter.

Keys, Garage door opener and gate pass supplied upon arrival.

An optional resident ID card, which is $50 payable to The Villages, is highly recommended.

This allows you the same access to all facilities as a permanent resident.
