✨✨Rental Policies and Payments.:

Please find below our policy regarding cancellations, balance payments, and deposits:

A property manager is available to assist guests with ID cards and any issues that may arise during their stay.

The rental fee accommodates up to two guests, with an additional charge of $50 per person per week for extra guests, capping the total at four individuals for overnight stays.

PETS: specifically dogs, may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, contingent upon size and breed restrictions approved by the owner, who requires pictures and a non-refundable pet deposit......... Unfortunately, sorry, cats are not permitted due to allergies affecting the owner and other guests.

All payments must be made in U.S. funds, either via Zelle or Cashier's Check, and all individuals staying must be listed on the lease. A security deposit of $1,000 is required upon signing the lease within one week. Any unusually high potable water usage will be deducted from this deposit, which will be returned one month after departure, following an inspection of the property. Other fees: Cleaning fee is $250.00, 7% tax on the rent base price.

⭐⭐⭐The cancellation policy stipulates that all cancellations must be submitted in writing, and guests are required to adhere to the outlined terms. (MONTHLY AND SHORTER TERMS ONLY) Full payment is expected 120 days (4 months) prior to check-in, and any cancellations will incur a processing fee of $500. ⭐⭐⭐⭐Cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date are not permitted, resulting in the forfeiture of all payments made, including the reservation deposit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐Additionally, failure to remit the final payment by the due date (4 months prior to check in) will also be treated as a cancellation, leading to the loss of the reservation deposit and cancellation of the booking.

⭐⭐⭐ For cancellations occurring 120 days (4 months) or more before the scheduled check-in, 25% of the total booking amount will be retained along with the $500 fee. ⭐⭐⭐If cancellations are made between 60 and 119 days prior to check-in, a refund of 50% of the total booking amount will be issued, plus the $500 fee. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐However, if a cancellation occurs 60 days or less before check-in, NO refund will be provided unless the property can be re-rented. In the event the rent is at discounted price refund will reflect the difference of the loss⭐⭐⭐⭐The full balance for the booking must be paid 120 days prior to arrival; failure to do so will render the lease void and result in the loss of any deposits.

⭐⭐⭐ Travel insurance is strongly recommended as it offers essential financial protection during your journey, covering unforeseen events such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and issues related to lost or delayed luggage, as well as other travel-related incidents. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Guests should be aware that no mailbox key will be provided; therefore, if you anticipate receiving mail, it is necessary to arrange for a temporary mailbox to forward your correspondence. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, with check-out required by 11:00 AM, and guests will receive an access code on the day of their arrival. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Additionally, please note that this is a no-smoking home policy, which is strictly enforced and may result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
