The home includes a king-sized master bedroom and a Queen bed in the guest bedroom (the Palm Suite).  The open kitchen features a breakfast bar seating 3 and a dining room table that seats 6.  A comfortable and inviting living room is laid out for conversation or just watching the new 48” HDTV or a movie on DVD. Hi speed WIFI is included and allows you to stay connected to loved ones via the internet.  Rain won't stop you using the enclosed lanai and it is the perfect quiet place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, read a book or the newspaper, or catch the sunset with a glass of wine.  The décor is tasteful, bright, and colorful.

For 1 month or less,.50% deposit require upon booking, balance 60 days prior to rental. Multiple months require a 25% deposit and payment 60 days prior to rental.  Security deposit based upon length of stay and is refundable less a $150 cleaning fee.
